I have ordered a saree on ( www.jomso.com ) website on 13-02-2017. It got delivered through ecom express courier on 18-02-2017. I found the material not as shown in figure and there were variations in border colours. I tried to return the product as stated in their website by sending them an e-mail , but they responded two days later stating to return the product to address mentioned and they would give me a cedit amount worth the saree which can be used in future to shop on that website. I replied that i do not want to shop in their website anymore as i don’t trustit and asked for the possibility of refund.
Till date ( 22-02-17 ) I tried to contact them by contacts mentioned which are stated below and also filled a complaint. Unfortunately none of them are addressed.
I also sent them an email to address the issue within 24hrs otherwise i would complain to consumer court. But they never responded through any means.
