Complaint regarding Yu Yureka mobile service

I have purchase a YU YUREKA mobile. I have submitted my mobile on 11th April and after that I have called and Email many time but they don’t response. They were said “keep the patience your device getting as soon as possible”.I have lost my patience. What I do? I don’t have any idea.
