Compliant against for Refund on Kingfisher Airline Booking

I am Himani Mehrotra working in Tata Consultancy Services, Pune.

I have booked two bookings of kingfisher airline on date Wed, 24 Oct,2012 , 11:35 with reference number 06081218736 (Pune to delhi) and Mon, 29 Oct,2012 , 09:00 with reference number 06081218215 (Delhi to Pune). My flight cancellation message was sent to me on 15th Oct by I have constantly called customer care since then for refunding my amount. After 10-15 calls i always get a further date to call them back but no assurance of refunding my amount i.e 8500/- . They always says me whenever kingfisher will refund them they’ll refund me, but i have done booking from their website not from kingfisher, so it is their prime responsibility to pay me back.

I have been mentally harassed since last 5 months. I am in the urgent need of Money.

It will be very kind of u if you’ll take further action against them so that i can get my amount back asap.

    No refund from Kingfisher Airlines

    I booked Retun tickets from Mumbai to Jammu for self and wife through Kingfisher portal vide PNR Booking Reference PNR: JHQXJZ on 19/26 Jan 2013 through Kingfisher Airlines official web portal.
    Inspite of calling the Airline call center and Guest Care till last moment they kept on telling me that the flights are being resumed and at the last moment the flights were cancelled and I landed up purchasing tickets from the other airline at premium.

    I also have sent multiple emails and called up the customer care multiple times but nothing positive has come out regarding my refund amount.

    This is now almost 5 months since I had booked my tickets and no refund and lots of harassement.
    Kindly advise
    How can I get the refund at the earliest from King Fisher

    Thanks Consumer Forum :).I have received my amount on 7th Feb,2013.I have file my compliant on February 3, 2013.It was a quick action taken by the consumer forum and within 2 working days I received a call from as well as an email that they have initiated my amount.It was not possible without Consumer Forum support.I highly acknowledge and appreciate their work in this matter.And wonder that their is something in today’s world who can solve consumers problem so efficiently without any delay.
