My mom has sent me a Speed post from kanpur to be delivered to bangalore through INDIA POST. The package includes AMWAY medicines, body lotion , Rochers chocolates and deo etc. When the post was received at bangalore the packet was open from back and the content was missing intead a book was placed inside it. The same was addressed to the deliver boy upon which he said to login complain because he could not help me.
I had logged in complain to not only to bangalore INDIA POST but also in Kanpur India post office.I also have a written copy of the complain. ( attached for reference)
I had also registered online complain on the INDIA Post portal. Complain no.- 10007422960 and kanpur complain no. 20820008535
The Manager from the Bangalore office said the complain letter will reach the Kanpur office upon which they will give me an update.
Its been 14 days now. I have not heard anything from them. Neither Bangalore office nor Kanpur Office seems to be taking any action.
On my last follow up they said they will pay me only the speed post charges. But my goods lost valued more than that. This seems utter negligence on the part of INDIA Post. Firstly they did not deliver the content in the correct manner. Secondly, they are shredding from their responsibility of taking necessary action.
Hence I request you to kindly take a necessary action and make my article available to me or pay me compensation for the loss, whichever is convenient to you.
