I did shopping in dmart ic colony of rupees 6390 rupees as they charge extra16 rupees for carry bag..i told them its not allowed to charge customer for carry bags..but they said we don’t have any written notes that we will not take charge for carry bag..please request you to look into this.

I did Sopping in Dmart, Dombivli (E).manpada road as on date 21oct 2019 of rupees 755 as they charged extra 32 rupees for 2 carry bags. I told them is not allowed to charge customer for carry bags. but they replied u can complaint against Dmart. so please request you to look into this matter.

Dmart hyderabad at attapur still charging for plastic carry bags with their logo imprinted.
Dmart, koparkhairane has been charging 16rs for the bags inspite of the ruling that its the responsibility of the shops to provide for bags if purchased from the shop. So a customer shops for thousands of rupees and the store cannot provide a mere bag? They are carrying on this under the pretext of not receiving any “official notification/guidelines” from the government. How long will they be charging customers and when will this be resolved or the “official notification” they are waiting for will be given?
All Dmart in Aurangabad Maharastra are charging for providing carrying bags with their logo imprinted. We all are aware that it is their responsibility to provide ecofriendly bags. Please forward an official order to all the shopping marts in India and make it resolved.
Please order d mart to give free carry bags as they are imprinting their logo on it.

Dmart Telangana, Warangal, Hanamkonda Subedari charged me Rs.29/- for carry bag. I even shopped for RS.2145/- on 29/06/2022.
