Defect found in new saree after purchase

I have purchased 3 saree from locally situated shop sakar saree ratlam. shop owner assured me to collect saree after 2 days. when i went to shop to collect saree i have paid the amount and collect the saree. after that when i check saree one of them was in some mistake and the mistake is clearly visible. When i contact with shop owner he completly deny that the mistake was at his end. he neither replace the saree not refund the money. The amount of that saree is 5500/-and after some argument he was ready to repay just rs.500 only.
