Defective item received from Ebay, but no customer support

The company shows 100% guarantee on its website and also on customer service they also guaranteed that they will call back you in 48 hrs, But when you file your claim to exchange your defective items which they have sent they are not responsible for this and told me to contact seller and when I called seller, they said to me ebay is responsible for this. I ordered a bag and got it on 11 oct within one hour I registered my claim that I have got a defective piece, they said we call you within 48 hrs at the same time I had also sent them pictures of bag. They called me on 17 Oct first time, by chance I was busy and missed that single call. At night I sent them a mail that plz call me again on same number I was busy. No response. ..on 20 Oct I call them again the customer executive said the team is working and will call you back with in 48 hrs…no response. .on 24 they sent me mail your claim has rejected. After that I calling them in every two days but they said they are not responsible for this.
