Defective memory card from Snapdeal vendor

I had purchased sandisk16 GB microsd Memory card @ Rs 395 on 13 dec 2016. from snapdeal when recieved this I found the product is defectiv So I returned it and claim for my money back. snapdeal consider my complain and asked for my A/c detail for refund the amount. so I provided it after 2 days website shown the amount is refunded .But I did not receive my money yet .

I tried to complain again about the amount not refunded they provide me complain no. 38453174 .but they denied and said that your amount is credited. Now I have no idea how to get my money back. Sir I request you please consider my complain as soon as possible .
