Defective product from Quikr

I bought a Quickr certified refurbished phone with an Excellent condition (As they noted on their website), within a month phone got dead and not working at all. I called them and sent them phone back as they assured 6 months warranty from Onsite.

Quickr suggested me to contact help@onsite.co.in and they’ll fix the issue.

Complaint Number: 205146

Now, they’re asking me to pay 3999 INR as the estimation cost is 7743 INR to fix the issue. The problem is PCB board is defective and it needs to be replaced. I am sure that they had sent me a defective product irrespective of their promised before purchased the product.

Quickr and Onsite both are not helping at all. They got the product back and now they’re asking me pay again for that defective product. In spite of their 6 months warranty promise and Quick certified label they’re still demanding 3999 INR from to fix it.

What I feel is, Quickr and Onsite had sent me the defective product which has a board problem saying Excellent condition.

6 Months warranty is just their trick to feel customers.

Qucikr Certified label is just a Joke.

And, all their promises are false. They only care till they get your money. The refurbished products on Quickr and their promises all are just a trap to fool the customers.
