Defective product replacement not done by Snapdeal

I Mr.Sachin.B.S. had purchased Sony SA-D100 4.1. USB Speaker online from snapdeal with order no :3215996512 and suborder no: 4354487384. dated 16/10/2014. The product was delivered to me on 27/10/2014, the invoice copy of the product delivered was received on 28/10/2014.

Since the product which i received had physical damages, i had requested for the replacement of the product with another new one on 28/10/2014.

The snapdeal company had sent the Email on 28/10/2014 regarding return pick up by the company’s courier partner within of 2-3 days of my request for the replacement of my purchased product. The company had even sent me the return courier pick form on 28/10/2014.

Till today (11/11/2014), means 12 days are over since i had requested for the replacement of my purchased product with another same one and i am making repeated phone calls to the customer care service department of the Snapdeal regarding replacement of my product.
There is no solution has been given even after 12 days, and they are daily telling they will do it early.

Till now my product has not been picked up by the Snapdeal company’s courier partner for returning and replacement of my purchased product.

The product was supposed to be picked by the Snapdeal company’s courier partner within 2-3 business days of request for replacement, but even after 12 days my product has not been picked up for returning and replacing it.

Kindly Procure the loss of my valuable time, money and product which needs to be replaced from snapdeal. Here by i am sending you the return courier pick form they had sent to me.
