Defective repair of my car at Ford Workshop

I had encountered a small accident at Kona expressway on 25th September 2013 where a Truck had hit my car from the rear side. The right rear part of my car was completely damaged including right Fender, right rear door and rear bumper. The Twin car took my car and went to Workshop on next day morning. I spend Rs. 1,13,000 to repair everything and all the work has been done by Ganges ford workshop, Topsia. After 1 month I got the car but surprised to see that the alignment of rear glass was defective, positioning was wrong along with very very poor quality repair work at fender side. Immediately I called Ford workshop and they took my car for inspection. After a while the service engineer called me and said it was a mistake to place the glass. I told him please make it perfect but he said it’s not possible now. I spend Lots of money, I have given responsibility to Company workshop for repairing but still my car is defective one despite it has been repaired by Company technician.

I am very sorry to say it’s not acceptable from Ford, Such a huge and Prestigious automobile company in the World and looking forward your help to solve my issue ASAP.

    We suggest you first submit a written complaint to the dealer with copy to Ford pointing out the defects in their service and ask them to remove the same.
