I applied for a fresh pan card on 26th of december 2016. My digital pan card number and enrollment numbers are attached in the form. I have been trying to call the pan card customer cares and all the office throught india but m not able to connect with any of the numbers provided. Whenever i call them it says please the operator will be with you shortly. Why they dont understand that we all are like students or employees just like you. I have applied on an urgent basis as m trying to apply for work in abroad. And just because of the pan card my each and every process is pending. Please its a humble request if anyone is reading my complaint please please do solve it. As i need it on an urgent basis. Litteraly m frustrated now , because m checking daily online the status is same. I dont even know where are they sending it. M from the dehradun and as per the status which is shown online it has been sent to telangana. And i cant see anything after it. I dont want to use any abusive language for anyone but the way I feel now for indian govt employees working over there. Literally i hate this system. Thats the only reason for my country. M sorry if i hurt anyones feelinng by mistake but please if u can solve it on an urgent basis it will be very kind of you.
