Denial of 10% cash bank by SBI and Flipkart

I purchased the “moto g second generation” phone form the site flipkart.com on 23rd October 2014 for 12999rs. My order id is OD301090165598005600, REFERENCE NUMBER 141030044532. with this purchase I was supposed to get a 10% cash back if the payment was done with SBI credit card. I did the payment with the same and yet haven’t received the cash back. Just after placing the order I contacted the customer care at flipkart and asked when I’ll get my cash back and they said by 29th October 2014 the amount will b transferred to my account. I didnt receive any money in my account. so on 30th october 2014 i called up the customer care at flipkart and they registered my complain and said that the problem will b sloved by 3rd november 2014. Then directly on 3rd of November 2014 I got a message from flipkart that my problem will b solved by 5th November 2014 by 3 pm. So I called up the customer care on the same day to get more details and they said that the scheme is from SBI bank and we are not anywhere related and that the bank is giving cash back to the order placed till 21st October 2014 and then I was told my transaction is not eligible for the cash back scheme and that the scheme was valid from 17th October 2014 to 21st October 2014.
I was given a misleading information and a false commitment regarding the cash back.
