I have ordered Redmi 3S Prime Grey 32G phone via MI store app on December 23, 2016. And did a payment of 8999 rupees. And I have received the product on Dec 24 at 4.25 pm. When I opened the box, I found that the main product PHONE IS MISSING in the box.
I tried contacting the customer care team. They are simply sending the same template (guessing it could be the automated reply) as they are investigating the issue. It has been more than 60 days since I complained them the first time.
I need my money immediately. Already they made me by begging them for 60 days.
