We are subscriber of digital Reliance Big TV for last five years. Recently we have shifted from Mumbai to Talegaon initially on 5th may we asked customer care to send the mechanic to remove the dish antenna nobody turned on 5th may after several reminders the mechanic came on the 9th which caused inconvinenced to us. Once we reached Talegaon We contacted customer care on 10 May and mechanic had came promptly. After installation they have charged me Rs 1250/- accordingly I paid Rs 1500/- on line . But on next day my account was suspended Once we contacted Customer care, We were confirmed that additional Rs 850/ was debited from my account wrongly and they have promised that the problem would be resolved within 48 hrs by crediting the amount back in to account and the service was restored temporally. but again after 2 days account was suspended Thus we contacted customer care We got same reply and service was restored temporally . But again after 2 days account was suspended This time again we contacted customer care We got the same reply that Rs 850 was debited wrongly and account is negative but amount would be credited within 48 hrs but this time service was not restored Now last five days there is no reception . We had spoken 30 times with Customer care but we are getting same reply from staff but there is no progress on adjustment in the account.It is shame on the part of Reliance Big TV that they could not resolved the issue in last 10 days.
