Failed PayTM transaction, money not refunded

My failed order of adding 2500 rs in my paytm wallet failed but my money got deducted from my bank account no 29xxxxxxxxxxxxx9. I had ordered for a add money in my paytm wallet linked with my mobile no 9xxxxxxxx1. At first it got failed with the above written order no and my money gor deducted from bank with a failed response but second time it got added but I’ve till yet not got any assurance of refund also nor any refund message. Please help me I’m a student. Thanks. They don’t even response to any of my complaint to them.
