On 08.02.2017,I tried to add money to the Freecharge app wallet the sum of Rs. 1900. The transaction was failed but the amount of Rs. 1900 had been debited from my bank account. I sent the mail informing them about the issue. According to their policy they informed me that the debited amount would be reversed within 5-7 working days.But the 7 working days has already passed, but still there is no solution to the problem.
They issued me various ticket numbers #1173292.#1197556.#1182048,#1226680 and so on.I also called them in their customer care number, they assured that their representative will call me but no such call came from their behalf..
Please help me and I hope the consumer forum will look into this matter seriously and take harsh step against them, so that further nobody is treated like this.
