Faulty Sony Xperia sold, no support from service center

Handset:- Sony Xperia M Dual
Purchased on :- 08/08/2014
Purchased From :- Blackberry Store, Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Service Center Visited:- Chetanya Electronics , Pimpri , Pune
Handset submitted for :- 3 days

Issues :- Battery does not charge with Sony’s original charger , Not able to talk because of high CRACKLING NOISE in phone, Phone goes off while call is going on , Network drops out anytime.

Detailed Information :- I purchased this Sony Xperia M Dual from Shivaji Nagar market Pune and from the very first day I am facing few issues with the phone. I visited service center and they got my phone submitted to resolve the issues however no issues are being resolved. On top of that there are additional issues introduced in the cell. Service Center people were so sure about the issues and they assured me that everything is being resolved however it looks like phone was just submitted there and software was updated.

Please help if any solution is available else I need to file a case against Sony. Thank you in advance.
