I have been trapped in Online job fraud. Nexon enterprises has trapped me. The full description is below:
On 13th September, I received a phone call from 722903819 regarding online captcha work. The caller said that the call was from Nexon enterprises, Maharashtra.
He told me about the captcha work. In that job, they would provide me 10000 captcha to solve within 10 days. If I would done it successfully with 90% accuracy, they would pay me Rs. 22500 as salary. If I would not done it successfully or the accuracy is below 90% then I would have to pay them Rs. 5000 for their loss.
He also told that the company is genuine and there was no hidden charges.
I thought that the task was easy. so I gave my consent to do the job.
Then he sent me a message in WhatsApp and mentioned the name and address of the company. He also sent me a pdf and demo work video and asked me to send my ID proof. I trusted him and sent the photo of my voter ID.
Then he filled my form himself and mail me an agreement. I read that agreement in which the only thing written that They would provide me online work and pay me (not written Rs. 22500) and I was liable to pay them Rs.5000 per month as their charge.
I made phone call to him and asked him the reason of this monthly payment that I had to make. He said that this was their maintenance charge that I would have to pay only for initial 4 months.
He was pressuring me to trust them and signed the agreement.
Since I needed money, I trusted him and signed the agreement.
This was my big mistake.
Then agin a call came in which a lady asked me that from which date I wanted to start the work. I said her that I would start the work from 1st October 2019.
Later today I came to know that this is a fraud. My colleague told me everything about that. I searched in google about captcha work and nexon and found that I have been cheated.
I have been totally trapped.
I request you to please help me and get me out of this trap.

I pushplata vikash kumar also got a call from nexon so on 24sep they called me and said only about company and salary but didn’t told about how to do the job.today 8oct they sent me amail about you have to pay for this otherwise i will sent legel notice on your address please take action for i am a simple housewife .

Company was not provide me a proper detail for how to work.i was continue cal and mail for company id but they not get any answer

They mail me sms me constantly. this all harassing me and threaten me. I need help to stop this. This all start from 21-11-2019 to till date continuously.
Friends., the agreements you signed were fake. Those can be easily made by using coral draw and photo shop software.
I also faced same problem but now I have got rid of them.
Indian consumer forum helped me and asked me to ignore them.
I took the following steps:-
Stop worrying.
Don’t receive any call from new number atleast for a month.
Don’t reply any mail.
These are very simple steps.

I have paid near about 20000 they gave me an Noc stating that the agreement is terminated.But again they called me today and asking for more money.one big mistake is I have paid them.i won’t pay anything but please help me of these calls.

I got call from these given numbers legal department. Yesterday they called me and said you have to present at delhi arbitrary court but neither given address nor any judge name please sir take action
I am Sagar Mamtabade. One person called me me demanding 28000 rs for work didn’t complate so please sir tell me what can I do please i am really depress for that please reply me
They just trapped you in those agreement Nothing to worry about, because first thing you gave them digital sign which is not valid and second thing the whole agreement paper is fake so don’t worry. Later they will contact you via msg or email . They will send you case file number or FIR number just to scare you, but don’t worry, they just trying to scared you, you can search those case number or fir number in police website u can’t find them…. because all of them are fake. I suggest all of you please report about this to police station then police will be compelled to take this matter seriously. Again nothing to worry about…. don’t give them a single penny.

Nexon CAPTCHA enterprise located in Maharashtra.They are continuously calling, giving mail.yesterday they did a fake legal breach mail to me.but i will never give a single rupee of money till my death. It’s totally fake company. Some fake advocates daily call me and i daily reject the call..i just want to know that in future should i face any problem???

I also got trapped into this. Company name is Rectitude Technology. They made me to sign the agreement. But just after this when I checked the company name online and captcha work. I realised its a fraud. Therefore I asked the person to cancel my registration. He said my id will get deactivated in 24 hours. But just now I received the login information and I know same thing is going to happen with me too.

I am also facing the same issue from this fraud company kvs enterprise from gujrat. They are sending threatening mails and messages on the basis of fake agreements which they sent without my consent and my knowledge, and which I never signed also. They are big frauds. Strict actions should be taken against this fraud company.
