I have booked room at hotel broadway darjeeling for the period 10th to 14th june 2012, via Ezee Cloud Booking on 2nd June 2012.On the same day night one representative of Ezee Cloud Booking called me up & said booking cannot be confirmed as rooms are not available. I asked for refund, but they refunded only 92%, of the amount after 15 days; that is also after repeated follow up; saying rest are service charge. Now how they charge service charge when they cannot deliver what they have advertised. This is clear picture of unfair trade practices. I want the amount refund along with interest.
Now Ezee Cloud Bookings has stopped responding.
