Harassment regarding porting from Vodafone to Airtel

I have received a call from Mr. Sxxxxr, Vodafone executive, regarding mnp of my Airtel number on 7 march 2016. I have accepted the offer and agree to port my number to Vodafone. Sxxxxxr is continuously keeps calling me till i didn’t provide him my documents. He committed me to deliver my sim on 8 March but yet i haven’t received the sim. Sxxxr didn’t call me regarding my sim after that day and every time i called him he make excuses regarding the issue. After that he transfer my case to Mr. Mxxxxxxh and same like sxxxxr mxxxxxh is also keeps on making false statements. Yesterday i posted the issue to Vodafone Twitter But they are not solving my issue. One of their executive Mr. Pxxxxxxu called me and make the commitment that you will receive sim till 15 march morning. As now its seems like m going to loose my calling number and Vodafone is continuously trapping me in their trap. Now they just saying you arr not allowed to port number before 90 days and we are not able to deliver your sim to your home. Do whatever you want to do. Because of them i am facing a blunder in my business. Please help me.
