Inordinate delay in providing customer service by Panasonic

I bought PANASONIC Make Microwave Oven from Croma Belapur in the month of December 2013 along with 2 years extended warrantee. The machine stopped working in the month of September 2014. Complain lodged with PANASONIC (No. 033949) and representative attended on 8th Oct 2014 to found the cause for the problem. He informed it will be fixed once the part will be delivered. Since 3 weeks passed there is no update from their end. I am afraid whether there is any service provided at all on such branded product in India. Please see attached invoice.
