IRCTC no response on valid TDR claim

I had booked a 2AC ticket in tatkal for train 12144 Sultanpur LTT Superfast from Lucknow to LTT (Mumbai) on 2 April 2013 but it was late by more than 3 hours. Its scheduled departure from Lko was 02:40 am but when I reached the station it was already reported late. Finally the train departed Lko at 7:15 am as was also reported on the railway website http://www.trainenquiry.com.

I filed TDR but it was rejected saying that “Train run normal”

I myself had gone to the station and know that the train was late by more than 3 hrs. I even provided them a screenshot of departure time from a website but am not getting any response.

What do I do about it. Can someone share the contact details of a higher authority to complain about it?

    You need to write to the Chief Commercial Manager of the ticket issuing zone. You may also write to the Railways under RTI Act to know the departure time of the train at Lucknow and write to CCM seeking refund.
