I am Nandha kumar using Vodafone for almost 10 years, i was having two connections in my name. last May i lost my smartphone and visited the nearest vodafone store to get an alternative. and i asked them to deactivate my 98RS 2G data plan, they took my request and said it will be done in the next billing cycle which is on 12th June 2013. I again called the customer care to register the same and they too confirmed me that my request would be processed on next billing cycle.
But till now they didnt do that. i have opened my Ebill last night casually and found that there was a deduction against 2G data plan for 98RS and checked the previous bills to confirm that my request was not processed at all. this is atrocious from vodafone and they didnt even bother to process my request even after requesting twice.. Please assist and do the needful.
