Lenovo refusing extended warranty service

Myself, Arun Baidya purchased a Lenovo G series Laptop having Sl No-CB19096234 from Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd, Ezone, Chandichawk in Kolkata, on 16-Feb-2013. This Laptop has a Three (1 + 2 Years Extended) warranty. Accordingly warranty should be till 15-Feb-2016. This Laptop has an Original MS Windows 8 OS.
Now my Laptop net getting started and may have some OS related issue. I raised an online complaint on 14-Oct-2014 regarding this issue and ask for trouble shooting on priority. But issue yet not resolved. Meanwhile, so many mail I have sent to the technical support team and other support team as well. But they are not agree to provide Extended 2 years warranty of this System / Laptop at all. More than 15 days gone, no positive revert I received from Lenovo Team. For being faulty and non operational of my Laptop, I could not study for my carrier growth. I can’t plan further for higher study resulting a negative impact on my carrier. Also it resulted a Economic loss of Rs. 31600/-.
Now I would like to draw your kind attention and request to take necessary action to resolve this issue on priority. Lenovo team should send their Service Engineer to my place and resolve the issue within a week from the date of this complaint.
