Mi India cancels order without knowledge and consent

I have booked Mi Note 4 mobile phone through open sale by Mi India site on dated 15 the feb’2017. They said product will dispatch within a week. But still I have not got any phone. I contact the customer care(22/02/17) and talked about this problems. They told me we will contact you within 48 hrs. But no call from there side, then I make call to discuss about this problem and they said me your is cancelled due to technical reason. So please help me regarding this. I make promise to some one to gift you New Mi Note 4 phone but due to such problems I became lier. I told Mi company to send me again such product but they neglected to send me. Due to such problems I am mentally as well as physically upset. So take some action to solve my problem.Thanks & Regards
