Actually, I purchased one Moto G4 Plus from Amazon on 6 October 2016 and during November the phone started having problems. The mobile had display problems and I got it serviced. However, again in February the phone started handing and nothing was getting downloaded from Play Store. I went to the service centre on 25 February and they did resetting of the mobile but again the problem kept coming. I again took the device to service centre on 26 February and they said the mother board is defective and needs to be changed. They returned the phone on 8 March. The phone worked properly for 2-3 hours and again it started hanging. I again took the device to the service centre on 10 March when they again reset the device and said there will not be any problem. However, the problem remains the same and how many times I will go to the service centre.
I think I have been given a defective piece otherwise how come the phone has so many problems in 5 months.
Please help me please please. I do not want to service the mobile now because the problems will keep coming. So, please I need a new set or full amount refund.
