I had ordered 2 products from the Myntra app and the products were delivered on 13th Jan. I kept one product and raised a return for a dress as I could not fit into it. The pick up was done for the same on 22 Jan. I received the product back on 7th Feb without any intimation prior,the executive at my door step said it’s rejected because of sweat smell. In fact the dress had the material storage smell. The price tag is also intact. I told him I’m not taking it back. He told me to call the Customer care, which I did. My question was How can there be sweat smell when I don’t fit into the dress. And who would wear the dress with price tag. The person told me to keep the dress and he would raise the request again, which he did. He also told me to wait till 15th of Feb for it to be resolved. But there was no response, so I called them again, and only then I received a mail saying the request has been declined. So I called them again asking how could they decline it as it’s my hard earned money which would go on a total waste.Rs1320. It might not be a very big amount for their business but for me every penny matters!!
