I booked my ticket online on irctc on 28.01.2014, and its pnr no is-2354064179(confirmed ticket), but when I was reached to station I came to know that train is going cancelled from two weeks, I called to irctc customer care they told me to cancel the ticket by self and I will get the full refund, but after cancelling the ticket they only refunded Rs-190/- instead of Rs-201/-, I again called to customer care but they are saying that they will not refund me irctc charges, why should I bear this charge if there is not my fault. I felt inconvenienced and they had’nt informed me if the train is cancelled for 2 week. I had to reach very urgently to delhi that day and because of these poor fellows I can’t reached there, Rs-11/- is not a big amount but it is my consumer right to take back that amount for the service which I hadn’t used. Kindly help me to refund my amount and instruct them not to do with any other customer like this in future because one does journey for important work. I am attaching the copy of email messages by which I communicate them.
