I had contacted ‘Make my Trip’ for booking a round trip with Hotel to Goa for 4 days/3 nights on 11th January. As discussed with the agent allotted ‘Ms. S……a’ I got the amount of Rs. 38,000/- deposited in their bank account on 11th January. My booking ID IN1301B08272. Enclosing the scanned copy of bank deposit slip. After that for a week when i tried contacting S…..a, she completely refused to attend my calls and all my calls were unanswered for a week. After a week she called to inform that the hotel that I had opted for ‘Estella do Mar’ is not available. When i tried to negotiate with her to get another hotel room booked, she was very uncoprative and giving options of only lower class hotels and also refused to refund the differance in amount. then I had no option but to ask her to refund my total balance and cancel my trip.
On this, she promised to pay the amount within 2 working days. Her mail conveying the same is also enclosed. I kept following her for another 7-8 days but she only kept telling that the amount is transferred but again refused to give any proof for the payment advice received from the bank regarding the transfer of amount. I even spoke to her manager ‘Ms. V……a’ who was also as unhelpfull as S…….a. Both of them have not been answering my calls at all. I have made many telephonic complaints in Make my Trip complaint forum but nothing is helpful. Also went to their online complaint forum to register a complaint but no positive response is received from their end as well.

Also because of this i have sufferred a heavy loss of Rs. 20,000/- because the flights rates go high every 24 hours and since I did get balance back in my account i was unable to get the tickets booked.
I am anticipating a quick response from your end.
