Ola charges extra and denies to issue bill

Complaint against Ola: I have traveled from my home to airport on 01st March 2017, started from my home at 4.22am and reached Rajiv Gandhi International airport by 5.35am. Once I reach the airport, to my surprise, Bill generated as INR4111/- and it shown as I have traveled 236.3kms in just 73minutes. They have deducted INR999/- from my Ola Money and asked me to pay remaining money and I was running out of time for the flight. I called Customer care center and explained the situation, they told me that it happened due to their internal problem and calculated my fare approximately as INR864/- for my journey and refunded INR135/- to my Ola money wallet, I requested to issue the revised bill as I have right to have revised bill from service provider being a traveler of Ola. Customer Care Center executive denied the request by saying that we don’t have such facility to provide revised bill. I explained him that I need revised bill to claim in my company as it was my business trip and otherwise I have to loose that money, but the answer was same from the other end stating that we don’t provide
