The driver of OLA money collected extra cash and he told me that he will refund the same through OLA money. But even after 10-15 days no amount is being refunded. Also when I called the customer care they told that’s it not our fault and our company policy has changed and we cannot refund amount and it’s your duty to carry change or ask for change to general public ( which means beg for change on national highway). Also they are telling that they will block my account if I pay less amount in my next ride. I mean what rule is this
The ride was booked by their App. Driver was provided by them. Their driver dint have change and it is mistake of customer?
Is it not my right to get my money back? Also attaching their reply.
