Online shopping – product service complaint

I bought a product through a online retailer, and within next 15-20 days product have stopped working properly. I informed the company by they rejected by plea and said they won’t replace this product (or any refund of money), whereas the product shows 1 year warrenty .

Kindly advise , what to do now.
