I have ordered a sofa from pepperfry on 12jan17 and confirmation of delivery on 18feb17 due to out station delivery. however it is not provide with cash on delivery option so i had paid it online.on 18feb when i call them regardinr delivery they said your delivery date has shifted to 22feb, when i asked them why don’t you inform me the same they said we don’t inform regarding shifting of date, we will deliver your product on 22feb17. again i called on 22feb regarding my product delivery they said it has already for delivery from ware house and it will reach your destination by 2-3 days, i know he lied to me from the way he spoken.
On the next day ,23feb i called them again around 1300hrs for confirmation, that day another representative had told me your product is still with us and we will let it out within 1-2 days from our warehouse then i told him about my last conversation and explained how his colleague lied to me and asked the reason for the same then he disconnected my call on the very next minute i called them again this time i connected up with another representative i requested him to the name of the representative with whom i had spoken last he said sxxxxh. then i asked him to please forward my call to sxxxxxxh he said he is busy with another call then i requested him to forward my call to your suoervisor or to the person who is dealing with all this issues. then he forwarded my call to someone without telling me his name or designation . and my call got connected with some another person, that person did the same he didn’t told me his name or designation and hanged up me online by saying we are solving your issue after few minutes he came to me we have spoken with our ware house supervisor will release your product by tomorrow i.e, 24feb17 and we will give you a text message regarding delivery confirmation and details of delivery boy on same date but on 24feb i didn’t got any kind of message from pepperfry on 25feb i called them again this time they said it will take at lest 2-3 days to get out of ware house due to lack of truck. and also their representative by name cxxxxa fxxxxxxxs speaks in very insulting manner with those who are poor in English. my request with consumer court to take necessary on it, and make an effort to get my money refund from pepperfry.com
