NSDL has sent my pan card through velex courier and it has not reached till date. The status is saying delivered on 24th June. Today is 15th July and the card is not received. Their customer care number does not respond. There is no office present on their given addresses. I have seen so many tweets and complaints for the same reason. How can NSDL give it to such a fraud courier service. I am stuck with not having the PAN card. Kindly help as soon as possible as it is one of the major identity proof.
