Pan card not delivered to me. Pick up date for my pan card by Velex was 21.08.2022 but still as on date 23.09.2022 I have not received my pan card after coming a phone call by some agent they said we are not able to give a pan card on your proper address but when I checked on velex tracking on 05.09.2022 it was showing out of service area , kindly look into it

My Pan card has been delivered on 15th May 2019 by Velex Logistics PVT. LTD. video airways bill no. 23307256874 bit still I have not received the PAN CARD.
