I have lost my phone in uber cab. When i called driver he denied and keep doing same. When police called him in police station for enquiry, he didn’t come and kept his phone switched off. On the same day I got a call from Uber customer care that driver has found my phone and ready to return the same.
I called driver and he accepted the same and told that before weekend he will return my phone. After two weeks also he didnt return my phone when i complained to customer care, then driver called me and mis behaved with me.
I complained many times in customer team but they seems to be useless and careless for atleast co-ordinating with driver to get back my lost item.
Its almost a month now and I have still didn;t get my phone back. Now the support team has stopped replying for this or simply giving some nonsense reply.
