I ordered 2 pieces of gas cylinder trolley to be delivered to my Mom’s address in Siliguri west bengal. I ordered it on Oct 18 2014 and paid by my Credit Card immediately. I received order confirmation with delivery date by Oct 26 guaranteed by ebay paisapay. Till date Nov 10th the product has not been delivered. When contacted customer care I was informed the refund is in hold by seller due to delay in delivery. On Nov 8th I spoke to the customer care and refused to take refund and file official complaint.
* My money was utilised for almost a month. What is the use of refund now.
* Being a customer why should I suffer from any fault made by seller and service provider.
* I had to spend time and money to cobtact them to check the status and every time they make false statements, still I was patient enough but there is a limit.
* I purchased the product intending to provide some conforta to my Mom who has back pain and cannot carry cylinder one door to the other. As the product was not delivered ontime ahe continued to wait for it and carry the cyllinders lifting up by hand which caused het injury on her back and she is suffering from immense pain. Now I am spending on her medication as well.
* What about the mental harassment I am going through having no option to reach to the seller and wait foe them to respond.
* I paid for the product by Credit Card. I did not rrveive the product so who will pay for tje interest.
* Even if its delivered or refunded, what about the damages made mentally and financialy.
* I want to take this forward no matter what may. This unfair, unethical.
