Quantity mismatch by Bigbasket 2nd time

There has been major quantity variances in products ordered on Bigbasket. 1st time, they refunded some amount, but this time there is no response at all. Attached is the billed quantity and delivered qty. I have weighed each item in front of their delivery executive and he has agreed to the variances and signed the acknowledgement.
