I have a very serious issue with Quikr. As everybody knows about extreme advertisement by Quikr in which Quik claims that it can boost any business growth by its premium ads service. After getting impressed through these ads, few months back I paid to Quikr for premium ads for my business growth. Within a month only, I got to know that it is providing very poor service to its customers and each and every customer of Quikr is totally dissatisfied by its service. Quikr sends mails to its customers and claims that those are genuine leads and when we call to these leads, we always find them in the same business as we are i.e. they are not seekers but they are seller itself.
At the time of service buying, two Quikr agents came to my home and they ensured me that they are offering me best amount of ads only in 7,000 Rs. and no further amount has to be paid now. They took a cancelled check also from me. So, the final settlement for the premium ad package has been decided in 7,000 Rs for at least 6 months without any extra hidden charge. Just after a month on 21-Nov-2013, Quikr somehow started an ECS in my ICICI BANK account and deducted 8,333.33 Rs. from my account on 21-Nov-2013. It was quite surprising to me and I called to Quikr customer care and dropped multiple mails to Quikr regarding this fraud act and refund my money back ASAP but Quikr did not feel any need to resolve this issue and kept its customer under stress and frustrated. Now, I required to go to my ICICI BANK nearest branch to stop ECS from my account so that next ECS should not be deducted from my account. Finally, I request Quikr to refund my total money back ASAP as I am looking forward to start a case against Quikr fraud very soon. Therefore, resolve this issue to avoid the expenses in the district consumer court and a big claim which you have to pay as a customer harassment.
