Railway ticket TDR refund regretted

I was filed TDR on dated 6th May 2013 on PNR no 6119083268 because the train was late more than 9 hours and the passenger was not travelled. Passenger was booked Tatkaal ticket on GARIBRATH on the same day. The ticket detail i was mentioned below and the train running information link also given below and in attachment file also where you can find the running status of the train. Railway was regreted the File TDR by saying that the train was running at time.

    Here are your options:

    1. Right to the Indian Railways PIO under RTI Act and know about the running status of the particular.

    2. If it is confirmed that the train was indeed running late and you are eligible for full refund then write to the Chief Commercial Manager of the ticket issuing zone.

    3. If still the refund is not coming through you may approach the Railway Claims Tribunal for refund. However, there is no provision under Indian Railways Act to claim for compensation for deficiency in service(or for failure to pay refund). You will have to therefore approach the District Consumer Forum for compensation.
