Duplicate product from hamperdeal.com Shivkirpa Enterprises

I ordered for snail truecica serum with Shivkripa interprises on 14 -june against COD for 2499 Rs. I received the product on 9 -june. However, the product I received was different from the product image shown. I received a duplicate product. I sent email to them but no reply.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
