I bought a Micromax battery for micromax unite 2 A106 3000mAh on 4-8-2016 (delivered around 8-8-2016) from Ebay India -an e-commerce company – from a seller named Mxxxxy txxxxxas . When i received the battery it was not as described on site and lacked in required back up. I requested a refund but ebay customer cares told me to directly negotiate the seller for best result. On contacting ,seller instructed me to return the battery either through Bluedart courier or speedpost so that he could initiate refund. I sent the battery through Speed Post(ED113226694 IN) but even then i didn’t receive my refund. I tried to contact him on the phone but he never picked up the call. Then afterwards,i sent him several messages through Ebay sites on his email,he kept on asking for Paisapay id though i sent him my PaisaPay id- 43246470314 several times. It clearly shows his intention and unwillingness to refund as more than 5 months passed since i bought this item. I therefore request competent authorities to take required action in this regard against seller and ensure my earliest refund. Will be highly obliged .
