Refund not received from Hathway Broadband service

I was using Hathway Broadband service at Pune, however due to consistent dis-connectivity issue, I wanted to revoke my Hathway Broadband connection (Account No. 1442289) on 20th July 2016. I requested to refund my outstanding balance amount and informed the engineer to collect the modem and router (which they informed me as their standard procedure). Even after multiple phone calls explaining the reason for disconitunation and requests to collect the hardware, there was no response. In-spite of several phone calls and reminders, no one has responded to my mailers or called me in this regard.

Today I got a call from 020-49117600 to renew the account and pay the money. The lady over the phone was very rude. I have already mentioned the reason several times before. With this purposeful delay Hathway Broadband managed to avoid payment for my refund.

    Even after paying a one month pack they are not providing the internet. And even after contacting so many people there’s no kind of conclusion. If the internet is not working I want refund. I recharged on 12/05/21 and there’s no internet connectivity. There’s pathetic service provided I have my transaction details.
