Regarding accidental order on Zomato and refund of money

I am filing this complaint to bring to your notice an issue concerning a refund from Zomato. On 05 Jan 2025, at 10:30 PM, I accidentally placed an order on the Zomato app and cancelled it within one minute, at 10:31 PM. Despite the swift cancellation, I have not received a refund for the order amounting to ?2053.79.
When I reached out to Zomato’s customer support, they claimed that the order had been accepted and prepared. However, it is highly unlikely that any restaurant can prepare an order in just one minute and hand it over to the delivery partner.
As the son of a farmer, the amount of this order represents my monthly expenses, and without this refund, I will face significant financial difficulties. I have attached all relevant documents, including the order details, cancellation confirmation, and previous communications with Zomato.
I am requesting the court’s assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive my refund from Zomato. I also request that the refund amount be released to the original source of payment method.

    As per feedback received from the customer, the issue got resolved as Zomato refunded the money.
