I got installed Airtel set top box in dec 2016.Before 17th jan 2017,I got msg that recharge before due date.So,on 21st jan 2017 I recharged it with Rs.284 (a SD pack) thru paytm. But on 1st Feb 2017 all channels stopped. When I talked to customer care then an executive namely Axxxxh told me that your pack has expired then I replied that I have already recharged. Then he told that after 24 hours your service would resume. But today a girl executive called me and told me that the pack which you recharged with Rs.284 has been exhausted and you have to recharge again. I replied how can it be possible. The validity of the pack is one month.So,my concern here is that how in 10days my pack could expire?
