Regarding customer service from Eureka Forbes

We purchased a Vacumn Cleaner for Rs. 10,500 from Eureka Forbes on 31.12.16. On 18.1.17 I called their customer helpline no to complain that the vacumn cleaner was giving a burnt smell and had slowed down. Their service executive came and checked the machine and informed us that the motor had got burnt and that they would replace the motor.

We insisted that since the machine got spoilt in 18 days we wanted them to give us a new vacumn cleaner and take the spoilt one back.After continually calling and reminding and complaining they replaced the spoilt vacumn cleaner with a new one after 2 months.

When they took the old vacumn cleaner they also took the complemantary bag they had given us as it contained all the attachments. Their man promised he will return the bag the next day. and he will send a new salesman to open and give a demonstration of the new vacumn cleaner. We also got in touch with their senior sales person Mr Axxxxt Sxxxxxh and kept reminding him to send someone for the demonstration and to return the complementary bag as it is convenient to keep the attachments in it.
It is more than 15 Days but no one form Eureka Forbes has come. When they wanted to sell the machinne they kept calling regularly. Now they dont care.
