I purchased a Rayban sunglass on snapdeal for around 5000 rupees on offer and i got that delievered to me, but when i unboxed it i noticed that the sunglasses were a fake and snapdeal is pricing that product as 10000 rupees without offer. What i did was in hours of the delivery i created a return for that product and even called the customer care and filled a complaint. the pick up was done in a day and after a few days i got a mail that i have used the product so they cannot process the refund and they have returned the fake product back to me. then i contacted the snapdeal customer care a lot of time everyday and they keep saying the same thing and not responding. Since that product even has a huge sticker stuck on to the lens itself and it is merely impossible to use that and i told all these eventhough without a reason the customer care was not taking any initiative regarding this and just fraudently made me pay for that fake product and they are not even as the seller about this, because the same product will be bought by other customers. I been into tremendous stress trying to sort out this thing and snapdeal finally blaming the customer with checking the issue from their side.
