We had taken a 5 years membership for holidays package. They have no resorts availability as per promise and have not been responsive to our customer care calls. They said they will charge for utility when we book a room through them in any of their partner resorts. However, when we check online, we find cheaper prices in travel websites. They have falsely promised that they are giving free stay compliment and only utility will be charged in the range of 799 to 2499Rs. but they have not kept up their promise. Their customer care is not replying or getting back. The manager who promised is not available. We need full refund and compensation – we paid approx 55000 for this membership.

Gone through your message above, Most of the Holiday Services company are doing the same.
How did your proceed further on this complaint, So did you get your amount refunded from Pradeequeen?

For me also the same has happened , while selling their membership plan , the sales rep talks only about 5 star hotels which costs around rs.20,000 and the only charge I have to pay during the stay is a utility charges ranging from rs.800 to rs.2500, where rs.2500 is for high priced 5 star hotels and rs.800 ,900 for 3 star hotels .
But when I planned a trip, Pradee queen provided me only 2 and 3 star hotels to choose from and the actual room rates where rs.2600 and I was asked to pay a utility charge of rs.2100 which is 90 to 85 % of the hotel rate itself .
Then where is the benefit of the membership that costed me 72900 rs.
When I asked the list of hotels they have tie up with ,
This list of hotels contains mostly hotels that have room rates ranging from 1500 to 3500.
Same happened for me as well.. please do guide us sir
