I have booked a travel ticket through payTM . On travel day the bus has been cancelled . When contacted bus operators, they informed me that paytm will refund the amount, When contacted payTM customer care, But payTM customer care not replied. After several email and reminder, they aske me to provide the details of ticket booking. After providing all those documents, again they were not responding, after so many reminder again thay aske to provide Bank statement, booking ID etc. I have provided all what they demanded ,
After providing all those documents, they replied it need two working day to solve the issue.
Even after 15 days they were not responding.Again i requested several times. but they were not responding for my grievance.
Finally I informed them thet I will share my worst experience with PayTM will be shared with local media and social media.
Then they responded they will look into and do the needful. But after that they again keeping silent. Even after three month they are not responding my email.
I request your intervention and help me to get the ticket fare refunded.
